Refund Policy

We stand behind every Soléa & Co piece with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible, the product must be returned to us in reasonable condition. Partial use is acceptable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items that show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper care, alteration, or negligence are not eligible for a refund. This includes damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions, exposure to chemicals, excessive force, or any use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
  • Products returned in a condition that makes them unsellable due to customer-caused damage will not be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@soleaandco.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will reply within 24 business hours with your return shipping address.
  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method and send us the tracking number.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items (Our Fault) If you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing issue or shipping error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@soleaandco.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — no return required.

Customer-Caused Damage (Not Eligible) We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper care (e.g. exposure to water, perfume or lotions when not recommended)
  • Exposure to bleach, harsh chemicals, or abrasive surfaces
  • Physical damage caused by the customer after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear beyond the return window

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, contact us and we will assess it fairly on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders where the 14-day return window has passed.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased during final sale promotions, if clearly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Items returned in a damaged, unsanitary, or otherwise unacceptable condition due to customer misuse.

Subscription Orders Soléa & Co Rewards® membership charges follow the same 14-day policy per billing cycle. To cancel your membership and avoid future charges, please log into your account or contact us at contact@soleaandco.com before your next billing date. Per FTC regulations, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
